Return policy

Our refund and return policy lasts for 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable products

  • There are several types of non-returnable products such as:
  • Match vouchers
  • Gift cards

These items have a specific validity date. After the expiry date they cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale items

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at web@losnaranjospadel.com so that we can process it.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must send it by post to Avenida Valle Inclán, number 5. Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, Spain (29660).

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
